Prime:
First row from waterfront, amazing view of creek
Premium:
Second row from waterfront, great view of creek
Deluxe:
Third row from the waterfront, decent view of creek
Standard:
Second phase of the campground, some water view but mostly tree lines

• All full hookup sites include water, sewer, electricity, trash, and lawn care
• Tent site includes water, electricity, trash, and lawn care. One week stay maximum.
• These rates are based on 2 people, there are additional fees for each additional person.
• Prices may vary for holidays and peak season

Cabin Rates:

Small cabin with full size bed, love seat with a pull-out twin bed, small dinette table, mini fridge with freezer, and small hand sink. Must bring your own linens. 30 nights maximum.

Nightly Rental	$80
Weekly Rental	$450
Monthly Rental	$850

We offer 10% off for military, veteran’s, police officers, and fire fighters (with credentials).

Security Deposit:

$200. This is refundable after departure and no damages have been determined. Security deposit must be paid to hold your resesrvation, guaranteeing you a site you want or for the time you desire to stay with us.

Reservations:

Call us today to make your reservation at 252-652-8139 (land line) or you can text 252-571-4682. Have the following information ready:
• Make/Model, size, year of your RV
• 30 or 50 amp
• How many campers
• Pets – how many, size, breed (please read our pet policy below)
A deposit is required for reservations, and it needs to be completed online (find the link above to Simple Pay).  You must speak to someone at the park to check availability prior to paying the deposit.
All check-ins are to be completed in the office and prior to going to the camp site. We prefer you pay with a credit card (Visa, MC, AM, DS) for the prorated or monthly amount due, however, we will take cash or money order (no checks allowed).

Refunds/Cancellation policy:

Annual and Semi-Annual sites will be figured at the regular monthly rate based on the site you were staying and the balance if any will be refunded.
Nightly, Weekly and Monthly are as follows:
• Nightly – must be within 48 hours prior to check-in & you will be charged for 1 night
• Weekly – must be within 7 days prior to check-in & you will be charged for 2 nights
• Monthly – must be within 10 days prior to check-in & you will be charged for 1 week (at the weekly rate).
*If you don’t follow the policy no refund will be given.
