• All camper/RV sites are full hookup including water, sewer, electricity, trash, and lawn care.
• These rates are based on 2 people, there are additional fees for any additional person.
• Prices may vary for holidays and peak season.

Prime: Camper/RV sites, Phase 1 of the campground, first row from waterfront, amazing view of the creek.
Premium: Camper/RV sites, Phase 1 of the campground, second row from waterfront, great view of the creek.
Deluxe: Camper/RV sites, Phase 1 of the campground, third row from waterfront, descent view of the creek.
Standard: Camper/RV sites, Phase 2 of the campground, very limited creek view with mostly trees.

Tent: Phase 1 of the campground, Second row from waterfront, view of creek. Includes electricity and water.

Rustic Cabin: Our Rustic Cabin is a cozy little place with the bare necessities. The Cabin has a Queen bed, small fold out tables, mini fridge with freezer, microwave, and small hand sink inside. The Cabin has a window unit that is both heat and air for your comfort. An enclosed bathroom is located outside the Cabin under a covered deck which includes shower, toilet, and small sink. The bathroom also has a fan and heater installed inside the facilities. The Rustic Cabin is in Phase 1, at the entrance of the park and is closer to the fishing pier, small pavilion, boat ramp, Clubhouse (laundry, bathhouse, pool table) and the office (mail, convenience store). Towels, bedding, and blankets are provided.

Deluxe Cottage: Our Deluxe Cottage is a medium-sized cottage, located in Phase 1 of the campground and in the third row, from the water. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the small secondary bedroom has a twin bed, a loft that has a twin bed, in the living area is a full-size pull-out couch. One bathroom with a shower tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishes, including a full-size refrigerator and gas stove. Dining room table for 4, along with small fold out tables, and a comfy recliner. 3 mini split HVAC units for heating and cooling. Spacious, covered front porch with a grill. The Deluxe Cottage is located closer to the fishing pier, small pavilion, boat ramp, Clubhouse (laundry, bathhouse, pool table) and the office (mail, convenience store). Towels, bedding, and blankets are provided.

Creekside Cottage: Our Creekside Cottage is a medium-size cottage, located right on the water with a beautiful view of Long Creek off the covered patio. One bedroom with a queen-size bed. Full bathroom with walk-in shower, privacy toilet, big sink and washer/drier. Kitchen fully stocked with cookware and dishes, including a full-size refrigerator and dishwasher. Full-size pull-out couch in living room. 2 mini split HVAC units for heating and cooling. The Creekside Cottage is in Phase 1 of the park and is closer to the fishing pier, small pavilion, boat ramp, Clubhouse (laundry, bathhouse, pool table) and the office (mail, convenience store).  Towels, bedding, and blankets are provided.

Deluxe Suite: Our Deluxe Suite is a mobile home with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bathroom with a shower tub. The Secondary Bedroom has a queen size bed. The Secondary Bathroom can be accessed in the living room with a stand in shower.  The living room has a full-size pull-out couch along with a love seat. Washer/dryer in unit. Full Kitchen fully stocked with cookware and dishes, including full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Bar height table with 4 stools for dining. Central HVAC unit and ceiling fans. Uncovered back deck with lights. The Deluxe Suite is located towards the back of the park and is closer to the playground, dog park, and large pavilion. Towels, bedding, and blankets are provided.

Application:

Any stay longer than 90 days is required to complete an application, and any stay shorter may be requested at the manager’s discretion. There is no application fee. It does give us permission to call references and run a background check.

Site Holding Fee: $200

Only applies to stays longer than 30 nights. This payment is to hold the site and is refundable after departure, if there is no damage to your site or property, proper notice is given and no outstanding balance.

Refund Policy:

Nightly and Weekly Refunds

• No refunds after payments are made.

Monthly and Semi-Annual Payment Refunds

• No refunds after payments are made.
• 2 weeks’ notice required of departure.

Annual Refunds

• The refund will be figured at the regular monthly rate based on the site you were staying at and  $30 per night for any partial month. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
• 2 weeks’ notice required of departure.

Cancellation Policy:

We would absolutely hate it if anything happened to ruin your plans of coming to visit us, but understand life happens sometimes. If you need to cancel, please contact us promptly so we can offer the spot to another camper.
