• All camper/RV sites are full hookup including water, sewer, electricity, trash, and lawn care.
• These rates are based on 2 people, there are additional fees for any additional person.
• Prices may vary for holidays and peak season.

Prime: Camper/RV sites, Phase 1 of the campground, first row from waterfront, amazing view of the creek.
Premium: Camper/RV sites, Phase 1 of the campground, second row from waterfront, great view of the creek.
Deluxe: Camper/RV sites, Phase 1 of the campground, third row from waterfront, descent view of the creek.
Standard: Camper/RV sites, Phase 2 of the campground, very limited creek view with mostly trees.

Tent: Phase 1 of the campground, Second row from waterfront, view of creek. Includes electricity and water.

Rustic Cabin: Our Rustic Cabin is a cozy little place with the bare necessities. The Cabin has a full-size bed and a twin pull-out loveseat, small fold out tables, mini fridge with freezer, microwave, and small hand sink inside. Outside bathroom facilities include shower, toilet, and small sink. An enclosed bathroom is located outside the Cabin under a covered deck, it also has a fan and heater installed inside the facilities. Inside the Cabin is a window unit that is both heat and air for your comfort. The Rustic Cabin is located at the entrance of the park and is closer to the fishing pier, small pavilion, boat ramp, Clubhouse (laundry, bathhouse, game room) and the office (mail, convenience store). Towels, bedding, and blankets are not provided.

Creekside Cottage: Our Creekside Cottage is a medium-size cottage, located in Phase 1 of the campground and right on the water. Beautiful view of Long Creek off the covered patio. One bedroom with a queen-size bed. Full bathroom with walk-in shower, privacy toilet, big sink and washer/drier. Kitchen fully stocked with cookware and dishes, including a full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Full-size pull-out couch in living room. 2 mini split HVAC units for heating and cooling. The Creekside Cottage is located closer to the entrance of the park and is closer to the fishing pier, small pavilion, boat ramp, Clubhouse (laundry, bathhouse, game room) and the office (mail, convenience store).  Towels, bedding, and blankets are not provided. 

Deluxe Suite : Our Deluxe Suite is a mobile home with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bathroom with a shower tub. The Secondary Bedroom has a queen size bed. The Secondary Bathroom can be accessed in the living room with a stand in shower.  The living room has a full-size pull-out couch along with a love seat. Washer/dryer in unit. Full Kitchen fully stocked with cookware and dishes, including full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Bar height table with 4 stools for dining. Central HVAC unit and ceiling fans. Uncovered back deck with lights. The Deluxe Suite is located towards the back of the park and is closer to the playground, dog park, and large pavilion. Towels, bedding, and blankets are not provided.

Deluxe Cottage: Our Deluxe Cottage is a medium-sized cottage, located in Phase 1 of the campground and in the third row, from the water. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the small secondary bedroom has a twin bed, a loft that has a twin bed, in the living area is a full-size pull-out couch. One bathroom with a shower tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishes, including a full size refrigerator and stove. Dining room table for 4, along with small fold out tables, and a comfy recliner. 3 mini split HVAC units for heating and cooling. Spacious, covered front porch with a grill. The Deluxe Cottage is located closer to the entrance of the park and is closer to the fishing pier, small pavilion, boat ramp, Clubhouse (laundry, bathhouse, game room) and the office (mail, convenience store). Towels, bedding, and blankets are not provided.

Application:

Any stay longer than 90 days is required to complete an application, and any stay shorter may be requested at the manager’s discretion. There is no application fee. It does give us permission to call references and run a background check.

Reservation Deposit: $200

Only applies to stays longer than 30 days. This payment is to hold your site pending your arrival and is refundable after departure as long as no damage has occurred and there is no outstanding balance. 

Refund Policy:

**If you do not follow the policy then no refund will be given**

Semi-Annual and Annual Payment Refunds

• Requires that the Guest give written 30-day notice to the park of departure.
• The refund will be figured at the regular monthly rate based on the site you were staying at and the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.

Monthly Payment Refunds

• Requires that the Guest give written 2 week notice to the park of departure.
• The refund will be figured based on the number of days in the month and the number of days the Guest stayed on site.

Cancellation Policy:

**If you do not follow the policy then no refund will be given**

Nightly Reservation

• Must contact Management within 48 hours prior to check-in.
• Notification less than 48 hours will be charged for 1 night’s stay, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Weekly and Monthly Reservation

• Must contact Management within 7 days prior to check-in.
• Notification less than 7 days will be charged for 2 nights’ stay at the nightly rate and the remaining balance will be refunded.
